Our Story
In 1983 Gerald “Jerry” Stockon began his building and Real Estate career. Jerry is passionate about his family, hence the name Stockon 5 Construction, 5 representing his immediate family. He is equally passionate about friends, which include all his work colleagues. Jerry has passed that torch to his sons. Hunter Stockon now leads the home building division, Stockon 5 Homes (S5Homes).

Hunter Stockon is a second-generation custom home builder and the owner of Stockon 5 Homes, proudly serving Parker County and the surrounding areas. With a passion for quality craftsmanship, innovative design, and long-lasting construction, Hunter specializes in creating custom homes that combine timeless style with modern efficiency and smart home technology. He is committed to delivering a personalized building experience built on communication, integrity, and attention to detail — ensuring every home reflects the lifestyle and vision of the families who live in them.
Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending time with his wife Caroline and their children, Madelyn and Haus. His hobbies include motorcycles, technology and automation, architecture and design, and exploring new ways to integrate innovation into both homes and everyday life. Whether he’s planning a new build, working on creative projects, or enjoying time outdoors with his family and dogs, Hunter brings the same passion and energy to life that he does to every home he builds.
